Lead Time/Delivery

Lead time and shipping varies depending on the product and shipping destination. Shipping estimates are typically specified in the description field of each product.


Changes to Orders

Changes to an order and address cannot be made after order has been processed or after 48 hours of order receipt. Once your order has been placed in our shipping queue, we cannot make changes to the order. All custom and made-to-order items cannot be changed after 48 hours of order receipt. 


Our team works hard to update our site often to reflect the most accurate stock and estimated shipping  timeframes. Changes to an estimated shipping time frame attributed to a delay in production may occur  and are subject to change. Our team will notify you of any changes to the item(s) in your order and ship  any available items.


We strive to have all in stock items shipped as quickly as possible. Certain products are made to order and will ship within 2 to 4 weeks; ready-made products will generally shipping within 3 to 5 business days. Carrier tracking information will be provided once shipped.  Transit times vary depending on product and location of delivery. Many of our furniture, rugs, artwork, and more selections are made-to-order. Please allow 6-8 weeks from our vendors for fulfillment and delivery, unless otherwise specified on the product page. Due to the custom nature of our pieces, all custom product sales are final. 

Hawaii, Alaska, and International

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and foreign countries including Canada at this time. MGE Design Studio is not responsible for any damaged pieces that are shipped through a forward shipping company and any initial and/or return shipping costs associated with a general return. For any questions regarding our products, please contact our sales and client support team at​ ​​ prior to making a purchase from us.  

COVID-19 Update

MGE Home Decors continues to closely monitor the latest reports from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) regarding ongoing concerns about the coronavirus COVID-19 as we continue to adjust to its aftermath.


  • Delayed Shipments

Work restrictions may continue to affect shipments to and from our warehouse/vendor warehouses to impacted areas. Should you experience delays longer than expected or have any questions regarding the status of your order, please reach out to our sales and client support team at and/or chat on our website during chat hours.

  • Delivery Partners

We are in close communication with our freight and parcel delivery partners, which are all adhering to the guidelines from government authorities related to the containment of COVID-19. We will inform you of any relevant changes or possible delays to delivery procedures in accordance with CDC guidelines. Upon request, our sales and client support team can provide you with alternative options for delivery.



Returns happen, we're here to help the best we can to make yours go as smoothly as possible. Please send us an email at or chat with us during chat hours to initiate your return. All custom and made-to-order products are nonrefundable due to the custom nature of these products. Ready-made items are eligible for return for up to 14 days after delivery and must be returned in the exact condition it was delivered in. After 14 days the products are ineligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping. 

Damaged Products

Damages to the merchandise while in transit, or defects in manufacturing are rare, but occasionally do happen. Should your piece arrive with a defect or damage we will do our very best to have a replacement shipped out to you as soon as possible. Please fully inspect your furniture at the time of delivery and note any damage or defect to our customer experience team within 48 hours of receipt, so that we may file a claim and include in your delivery documents. 


Refunds are made to the original method of payment, minus shipping and handling. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Any returns that arrive with postage due will be returned back to sender. Please allow up to 14 days, from the date of receipt, to conduct a quality control review and issue a refund. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post back to your account.

Clearance & Sale Items

Please note that final sale and clearance items are not returnable or exchangeable except for manufacturing defects. 

Gift Cards

We offer e-Gift Cards for any amount. Please contact us for Gift Cards over $5,000.
