Shipping
Lead Time/Delivery
Lead time and shipping varies depending on the product and shipping destination. Shipping estimates are typically specified in the description field of each product.
Changes to Orders
Changes to an order and address cannot be made after order has been processed or after 48 hours of order receipt. Once your order has been placed in our shipping queue, we cannot make changes to the order. All custom and made-to-order items cannot be changed after 48 hours of order receipt.

Backorders
Our team works hard to update our site often to reflect the most accurate stock and estimated shipping timeframes. Changes to an estimated shipping time frame attributed to a delay in production may occur and are subject to change. Our team will notify you of any changes to the item(s) in your order and ship any available items.

Delivery
We strive to have all in stock items shipped as quickly as possible. Products will generally ship within 2 business days. Carrier tracking information will be provided once shipped. Transit times vary depending on product and location of delivery, and are subject to Carrier responsibility.

Hawaii, Alaska, and International
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and foreign countries including Canada at this time. MGE Design Studio is not responsible for any damaged pieces that are shipped through a forward shipping company and any initial and/or return shipping costs associated with a general return. Returns/Refund
Returns happen, we're here to help the best we can to make yours go as smoothly as possible. Please send us an email at sales@mgebydesign.com or call/text us at +1 919-244-2615 during normal business hours to initiate your return. All custom and made-to-order products are nonrefundable due to the custom nature of these products. Ready-made items are eligible for return for up to 14 days after carrier marked delivery and must be returned in the exact condition it was delivered in. After 14 days the products are ineligible for return. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item(s) received are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged Products
Damages to the merchandise while in transit, or defects in manufacturing are rare, but occasionally do happen. Should your piece arrive with a defect or damage we will do our very best to have a replacement shipped out to you as soon as possible, and if the item is still in stock. Please fully inspect your furniture at the time of delivery and note any damage or defect to our customer experience team within 72 hours of carrier marked delivery, so that we may file a claim and include in your delivery documents.

Refunds
Refunds are made to the original method of payment, minus shipping and handling. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Any returns that arrive with postage due will be returned back to sender. Please allow up to 14 days from the date of carrier marked delivery to us to conduct a quality control review and issue a refund. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. Please allow 3-5 business days after refund is issued for the refund to post back to your account.

Clearance & Sale Items
Please note that sale and clearance items are final and not returnable or exchangeable unless the product(s) received is damaged, defective or incorrect.
eGift Cards
MGE Home Decors eGift Cards are delivered electronically to the email address provided at purchase. The purchaser is responsible for providing an accurate recipient email address. If an eGift Card is not received, please check spam or junk folders before contacting MGE Home Decors Customer Care for assistance.

MGE Home Decors eGift Cards are final sale and are non-refundable once purchased. They cannot be returned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, except where required by applicable law.

Redemption & Use: To redeem an MGE Home Decors eGift Card, enter the gift card code provided in the eGift Card email in the designated gift card field during checkout. The available balance will be applied toward eligible purchases. If the purchase total exceeds the available gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using an accepted payment method. Any unused balance will remain available for future eligible purchases.

eGift Cards may only be used toward purchases from MGE Home Decors and may not be used to purchase additional eGift Cards. eGift Cards have no cash value outside of MGE Home Decors and cannot be transferred for value, resold, or redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law. MGE Home Decors reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or review gift card transactions reasonably suspected of fraud, misuse, or other unauthorized activity.

Purchases made using an eGift Card remain subject to the return and refund policy applicable to the items purchased. If an eligible item purchased with an eGift Card is returned, the applicable refund will be issued as MGE Home Decors store credit rather than cash or returned to another form of payment.

Lost, Deleted or Unauthorized Use: Please protect your eGift Card information as you would cash. If an eGift Card email is accidentally deleted, lost, or cannot be located, contact MGE Home Decors Customer Care. We may be able to resend or assist with recovering the eGift Card if the original purchase and remaining balance can be verified. MGE Home Decors is not responsible for balances that have already been redeemed or used without authorization, except where required by law.

Expiration: MGE Home Decors eGift Cards expire five (5) years from the date of purchase, unless a longer period is required by applicable law. Customers are encouraged to redeem their eGift Cards before the expiration date. Any expiration terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase and with the eGift Card.
